This page covers all general information you need to know when conducting business with Boocoo Pty Ltd
Ordering, Pricing and Payment
All prices published include GST. We will always issue you with a tax invoice for any services or products purchased. All invoices display the price and GST component where applicable.
Payment is accepted in the form of direct deposit or credit card. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee. Payment by cheque is not preferred and a processing fee may be charged.
Products and services will not be issued or delivered until payment has been received in full. Periodic charges (such as web hosting and domain names) will require payment within 7 days after the date of invoice. Failure to pay may result in your service being suspended or deleted. Any deleted services will not be stored by Boocoo Pty Ltd and will not be able to be recovered unless you have your own back up.
Refunds
Accepting any advice or recommendation from Boocoo Pty Ltd or its employees on any of its products is given at face value. It is recommended that you research any advice given independantly before purchase.
In most cases Boocoo Pty Ltd services are electronic in nature and can not be recovered if you wish to return them. In these cases a refund is not possible. Physical products, such as but not limited to, computer hardware, can only be refunded if found to be defective. Please ensure that what you are ordering is fit for purpose as we can not provide a refund or credit if you change your mind.
If any software service, licence or solution is found to be defective Boocoo Pty Ltd will repair or replace at its discretion and no refunds will be given.
